reminiscence

thinking back for the past 2 years plus.
someone special came into my life.
but left 2 years plus later.
and thus this special someone has made a great impact on me.
every single time, i think of that person, i dont know whether to be smile or cry.
happy cos i once had this happy cheerful memory,
OR sad cos i have lost this special someone?
so i guess you can tell how much, how deeply, how truly, how special this relation with the special someone is to me.
although it has been 5 months, i still cant forget this person.
even with all the distractions, i still cant give up.
even when all my friends cheer me up, i still cant.
i cant, i cant, i cant.
damn it.
why is it so tough? so difficult?
cos of the deep bond we shared during the two years plus?
yes i'm sure.
and so i'm very sure that i want this special person once again.
i'm being very blatant here already.
but it's of no use if that person doesnt even read this.
hurry, i want to pass you your long-overdued bday present.
cos there are some things in there that cannot be delayed passing to you.
cos i wanna make me heart-felt feelings and thoughts known to you.
i miss you and i still love you as much.

CHRISTMAS DAY.

i woke up at only 11am on 25 december. because the night before i wasn't feeling well. so i slept freaking early and woke up damn late. but i slept until very shuang! :)
anyway, my family went over to my cousin's house which is just a few doors away from mine. so we went over for christmas! so as usual, we will have lotsa food which we always cant finish them.
then we sat on the floor, eat, talk, laugh etc. then we got so bored listening to christmas songs so we decided to tune in to korean songs. thanks to my cousin who bought GIRLS GENERATION's album in korea. so listen for a while, but since we couldnt understand the language, it got oh-so-boring. so we decided to use the comp to go youtube and search for weird/funny/stupid/cute videos. so we watched a hell lot of videos that could last us for a few hours. which is quite an accomplishment for me, cos i'm not the kind that can tahan watching videos for long. so yeah. if you are bored the next time, you can search for : pankun and james, japanese hospital prank, japan kids fight zombies, and videos on babies who laugh very cute-ly and babies who are scared of their own fart and shadows etc.. some are really funny! and you can just laugh your heads off. i'm serious. and by the time we watch finish all these videos, it was dinner time. and since we had lotsa food left over from lunch, we had the same food for dinner too. and after dinner, we watched tv and had some fun watching my cousin trick my sister. then around 8.30plus, we went home. although this year's christmas is kinda boring, i find, but nevertheless, the hilarious videos had me laughing like mad. so it's "neutralised".. haha. xD
and i did some packing for my korea trip last night. and i think i'm more or less done with my packing. cos my sister has helped me settle all the toiletries stuff. so i'm kinda lucky to just have to pack my clothes. :) heee.
i really cant wait for korea! tmr's night is the night i'm taking off! wahahah!
but kinda sad to spend my new year in korea, cos it means that i cant text much people and therefore means that i'll have to pay more $$. boohoo! T.T but i'll try to text certain people though. :) so yeah.

DANCERS' CHALET. CHRISTMAS PARTY.

yeah. it's official.
dancers rocks. :D we can do almost everything.
from dancing to singing, from acting to having crazy fun, from booking chalet to BBQ-ing!! aren't we cool? okay, omg, i'm like so thick skin. =x
anyway, we had a one day chalet @ SENTOSA's Coasta Sands.
we had this hut, called Bugis E. and i tell you the side gate card is spoilt. so we kept on intercom-ing the reception to ask them open the gate for us. bloody hell lah. so lousy. card spoil already also can give to guest use. tsk tsk..

anyway, here's a summary of what we did.
1. met up with amanda
2. ate lunch
3. met up with sera and jia qi
4. took some photos
5. met up with nic
6. went to giant to buy the bbq stuff.
7. bought tix to sentosa
8. checked in to chalet
9. settled down
10. went out to beach to play. cos we didn't want the sun to go to waste. and of cos nic's volleyball.
11. tried playing volleyball. but failed.
12. then played monkey. it was more fun.
13. but we 'died' soon after
14. sat down on the beach and took more photos. :)
15. went back chalet.
16. started the bbq pit.
17. first time setting up the fire leh.. not bad lah.
18. "played" with charcoal, ending up with super black hands.
19. took quite a long time to start the fire and stuff. cos we were all girls and we were all first-timers.
20. some started the fire, the others made the food.
21. started bbq. and enjoyed the process.
22. cos we were camwhoring at the same time.
23. and the marshmallows were totally awesome.
24. amanda's marshmallow actually caught fire. cool eh?
25. eat eat eat.
26. packed up the bbq pit.
27. took clothes getting ready for bath time.
28. BUT!!! we jumped into the pool there first. and everyone around the pool was like staring and looking with i-dont-know-what-kind-of-face. hahas. [ we = me, amanda, nic, winteng ]
29. was freaking cold. so we went to bathe.
30. had fun during shower cos we had awesome people in there.
31. went back to chalet slack while the others took their shower.
32. they finished bathing. and pris had to go home. :(
33. exchanged gifts with priscilla.
34. accompanied her to take shuttle bus from sentosa to harbourfront mrt. then we took the shuttle bus back.
35. went to 7-11 to buy cup noodles cos was feeling hungry. duh~
36. went back to chalet.
37. started on gifts exchange, cos it was already christmas eve!
38. had a mini presentation. perhaps even more formal than school's ceremonies. xD
39. end of exchange of presents, we opened it! :)
40. had fun throughout the entire process of exchanging and opening the presents up. it's really fun.
41. then some were tired and went to sleep.
42. the rest = me, amanda, sera, weiling and xiaomei, started playing cards. asshole daidee. :) was like climbing up from the last postion to the top and right back down. damn. lady luck wasn't with me.. :(
43. played till around 3 then xiao mei and weiling went to sleep.
44. leaving me sera and amanda. but amanda was like "half-dead" already.
45. whispered really softly. afraid to wake the people up.
46. and cos 2 people shares a bed,i think it's quite squeezed.
47. then WT and nic was like tossing and turning and the wood made a lot of noise.
48. but i didnt care cos i wasnt sleeping yet..
49. yeah, anyway, i continued talking to sera until like around 5am, then we KO. cos we were the only two that didnt have to work today. so we could thon.. :) haha.
50. slept for around 3 hours.
51. woke up at 8 plus. could have slept longer BUT we all needed to use nic's toothpaste cos we all didnt bring. =x thanks nic! :)
52. then jiaqi, sera, nic and xiao mei had to leave earlier for work.
53. left me, amanda, winteng and weiling.
54. went back chalet slack slack cos was raining.
55. checked out around 10am, then went to claim 2 free sets of breakfast.
56. waited for shuttle bus to bring us to the beach station.
57. headed back to vivocity.
58. daiso. hair spray.
59. toilet. make up and stuff preparing for work.
60. mrt-ed home and to work for different cases. :)
61. so here i am.. :)

anyway, i saw the roller coasters in the universal studio. it's freaking AWESOME!! :) i'm so gonna go to universal studio when it opens. like seriously. i dont care!!!

ninnart and friends :)

ninnart is back from cananda!!

so we went out together.
and we = ninnart, annabel, hsiao hui, maruay, benedict, hidir and me.
so we met at j8. and watched AVATAR in 3D.


and i swear i'll never watch another 3D movie again. it's so freaking headache-ish..
but the show made me forgot the headache part. cos the movie was just so cool.
and when we first met up, ninart was like talking in thai to maruay, cos she was shy of talking with an accent? and whenever she spoke, not finishing her sentence, she'd start laughing.. but after a while we all got used to it.. and i think it's cool to have an accent.. xD and the show is really really long. it's like nearly 3 hours. anyway, after the movie, we went pizza hut to eat our lunch.. and then the usuals, talking and eating and laughing.. after lunch went to some playground in j8, and realised it's for children under 12.. hahs. so we decided to go somewhere. and we found ourselves in macdonalds cos we wanted to eat ice cream.. :) yes, i know it's fattening.. but once in a while, it's okay to pamper yourself with ice cream after lunch.. ;) then took some photos and sent ninnart to mrt. and something funny happened and i shant elaborate on it.. save ninnart a face. :) and then we went to the bus interchange to send hidir. then walked to maruay's house with the intention of going there to slack and play cards or something.. but in the ned, we didn't cos benedict and hsiao hui had to go home, and maruay cannot let only girls into his house. so we sort of send maruay to his door step. so i still havent officially went in to maruay's house. :( so we all headed home..

and yes, today was the first time i was talking science again, ever since the end of o'levels and i never felt so dumb in my life.. =.= cos maruay was talking about why stirring the pepsi will have all the bubbles appearing and stuff. something that has got to do with a little of chemistry and physics. and later at the playground, hidir was asking some question like : when you roll a ball, the kinetic energy will be converted into heat and sound energy, but where exactly do these energy go to. then maruay was like : go to surroundings luhs. and blah blah blah.. so yeah, the first time talking science again since 13 november. hahs.


excited for tmr's dancers' chalet at sentosa. :)
it's going to be our first and maybe last.. :( not too sure about it.

on a happier note. :)

i cant wait for 27 DECEMBER 2009.

6 more days. and off i am to KOREA!!! whee!!!
spending my new year in korea too.
cos i'll be in korea from 27 DEC to 2 JAN!! :)
so i'll have to know how to say 'HAPPY NEW YEAR' in korean.
and and and, i hope it snows over there!!!
cos my cousin saw snow in korea when he was there on an exchange programme!
please snow okay? ><



anyway, i want the video of the musical. like seriously.. i wanna see the whole thing, including the lightings and stuff. cos i cant see them while i'm dancing on stage. hee. :)

HURT DEEPLY.

i just went to facebook.
and a tag was removed from a picture by a certain person,
and this certain person is someone whom i really treasure alot.
and by doing that, i felt very very hurt.
you might not know that it will hurt me so much, but it did. i can gurantee with you.
my heart literally sank to rock bottom.
sigh. i really should try my best and start giving up on you. although i know cant.
but it just seems to me that you've easily forgotten me.
am i really that easy to forget?
cos you are not.
i repeat, YOU ARE NOT THAT EASY TO BE FORGOTTEN BY LYNN!!!

MY FIRST XMAS PRESENT.

i officially received my 1st christmas present.
thanks to my primary school friend, ping yen. :)
well, he gave me something that i'll prolly take never to guess.
but still, i'm touched.
he gave me a scarf and a pair of gloves.
why? because he knows i'm going korea. and it's winter over there.
so being my good friend, and also a caring friend of mine, he thought of this special gift.
so now, i've to get him something in return..

and i was trying so hard to think and guess what it was before receiving the present, and who knows, when i received it, i felt so funny (but in a good way) and started laughing.. =x
anyway, really thank you for the gift..
and thank you for travelling all the way from changi. :)

i want to give you your present asap.
i dont want to delay it any longer.
i want to see you again.
cos i'm crazily missing you.

a girls night out :)

yes, as from my title, A GIRLS NIGHT OUT.
with priscilla, xiao mei and wei ling..
we went to watch THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG. :)

it's awesome i tell you. why? because it's a disney production!!! :) yeah!! rock on disney! and as like all fairytales, this movie also has a 'HAPPILY EVER AFTER'.

SAD

i cant help but feel emo.
it seems to me that after musical, my secondary school life has really come to an end.

because,
having musical
= going back to school
= going to dance studio (where it has made my 4 years wonderful)
= seeing friends and juniors
= having fun and laughter.

BUT now that musical is over, all the above that i've mentioned ceases.
= no fun and laughter
= no meeting up with dancers
= END of sec sch life :(

THINKING BACK, MISSING THE TIMES.

oh well, yesterday marks the end of my secondary dance commitments. and yes, i'm feeling empty. cos i really miss the time spent dancing and rehearsing and getting high during dance practises and rehearsals, especially when this musical has been through so many ups and downs, such as postponing the musical on the eve of the musical and many many more. but i'm really happy and touched to know that i've got so many people supporting me in the audience, especially my family. and maruay who came back from thailand to watch the musical.

thank you for being so patient with us. and thank you for making dance lessons so interesting. i will really miss you.

to LAGABANGS,
thanks for the wonderful 4 years spent together, even though we quarrel every now and then, but nevertheless, you've made a huge impact in my life. secondary school life couldn't have been better without you guys. having fun is definitely our forte, and not forgetting our common passion for dance. it is through our common passion that has brought us this close together, as close as a family i would say. the never ending fun with you guys never fail to make me forget my worries. and of course, we must meet up and have fun together. there's still a hell lot of things to say but i shan't continue or else there won't be an end to this post.

to my JUNIORS,
thank you for making this musical memorable for me. you guys did a wonderful job. :)

FREE day

today is a free day for me, cos i got no dance, and since i dont work, i get to stay home to REST!! :) havent done that for a long time. =X
so today, i only did up my photo album, and it's nearly done, cos i have yet to print this year's musical photos. so have to wait for after next week then it's officially finished. hee. really happy!
anyway, on the day before yesterday, which is tuesday, i met up with amanda at somerset to walk walk, and she bought her korean drink. and guess what, it's very boring to walk around with no aim. so we went to food republic in 313 somerset. ate and chat happily. :) oh ya, we also went to visit xiao mei at centrepoint's ROBINSONS. she looks different. xD and later on, we met up with jiaqi and sera, walked around to hunt for jobs. but not me. haha. i decided not to work already. =X and we also had fun walking around looking for jobs and chatting and laughing our way. :) and we took NEOPRINTS!! how cool can that be!! :D and it felt weird, cos it's like AGES since i last took neoprints. the feel of taking it wasnt there anymore. haha. anyway, we had fun snapping photos too. :)
oh yes, results for O's is most likely to be released on the 15 JAN 2010. boo hoo!!! T.T

7 DECEMBER 2009

dance practice was from 9 to 12 and then from 1 to 4. it's freaking long hours of practice, enough to give you muscle aches like every single part of your body. so this super long hours of practice gave me muscle aches on my arms, and i cant really lift my arms up high. so pity me. T.T
after that, went to print my photos!! yay! can do my photo album le. :D YAY!!!

anyway, my brother and sister have flown to 海南岛 for some 冬日营, which apparently, they dont look forward too. hahas. cos in the itinery, there's a 4-hour-time-slot alotted for 写作 ＝ 写作文. haha. see the reason why they dont wanna go? keke xD

PARENT'S BDAY

well, my mum and dad's birthday are a day apart, one on 5 dec, the other on 6 dec.
cool eh.
so on 5dec's morning, i got a sudden surge and the inspiration to do my parents a card. and yadah yadah. i did it. :) then had dinner with daddy at home. cos it was his bday. after which, me, my sis and bro went to my grands to cut the cake for my mum.. :) non-stop eating. =.=
next morning, cut the cake given by i-dont-know-who. but the cake was totally AWESOME. it was from CANELE. so we finished the entire cake. xD then we went to MIRAMAR HOTEL for JAPANESE buffet meal. and ate until so bloated, that even up to dinner time, i still felt full. can you imagine how much i ate. o.0 but it not worth the money for me, cos i dont eat raw food. so it's like wasting $$. dang~ then after lunch, headed to far east plaza to SHOP!! bought a pair of boots and a turtle-neck-long-sleeve shirt, meant for the KOREA trip! :) be jealous.. wahaha!! really happy. and came home for dinner which was already like around 9pm, and obviously i still felt SUPER FULL. so i only ate a drumstick and drank the soup. :) but it was a really HAPPY day for my family. :)

BORED

today's a saturday and i'm staying home. how sad can it be man. everyone's like going somewhere, like shoppping, job interview, etc.. and I'M AT HOME!! OhMyGod lah. so bored. and i'm lazy to watch gossip girls online. =.= yes, i'm one lazy fellow. cos i want a job too, but i'm too lazy to get one. sigh.. idk what i should do luh, seriously. boo hoo.. T.T

ICE CREAM

today's dance was more tiring than yesterday's. cos there was a full rehearsal from start to end. and i must say, my stamina has dropped drastically. like after my own part, of 3min plus, i feel the tired-ness already.. so must go train stamina already.. hmmm,feel like going swimming. keke.
anyway, after dance, as usual, i went out with priscilla and winston. yes, it's kinda weird, but who cares. we went to orchard central to eat ice cream, or rather, BEN & JERRY'S. and we ordered the PILLOW FIGHT. and what came to us was 3 PATHETIC SCOOPS of ice cream, 1 LOLLIPOP, a few GUMMY BEARS and MARSHMALLOWS. very little lah, and it cost us like a freaking $20 including GST. and after that, we went to ROBINSONS to look for xiao mei, but we were so suey, cos we didnt manage to find her. :( then we headed to look for arcades in orchard. but there seems to not have any. so we decided to head down to bishan. and of course, we ate tako pachi. :) then went to the arcade and i wasnt in the mood to play, so i just watched them play BASKETBALL luh. then after that went to play some hitting game. quite fun lahs. then went home cos i was sleepy and tired. ><
oh yah, when we were at the Heeren. we saw the MediaCorp artiste, EDMUND CHEN. initially i didnt know it was him. then i stared at him. then guess what? he looked at me and SMILED and WAVEDand to me some more sia.. i like bei ta dian dao luh. xD how many times in your life will an artiste smile and wave to you. like seriously lah. hahs. OhMyGod. cool eh.?

POOL + MOVIE

today's dance, for me, was less tiring. cos didnt really focus on me. :) so not so tired.

but what's more fun is the time which comes after dance practice.
as from my title...
POOL + MOVIE!
nice combination right? hehe.
so me, jiaqi, and nicolette met donald and nita at cineleisure's KPOOL. and so i teamed with donald while jiaqi teamed with nita. and i think it was a draw between the 2 teams. :) but today's pool game totally SUCKED!! me and donald missed like alot of the balls lah.. like seriously.. damn jialat. haha. and then we headed to the movie. 2012!! it's a nice show. sad at certain parts of the show. but overall, i think it was worth my $$. :) and yes, the movie makes you imagine what will really happen to the earth when the earth dies one day, and dinosaurs come back to life? like very scary lah.. all the earthquakes and tsunamis and the movement of the earth plates. and imagine the floor that you're standing on suddenly cracks into 2. literally. OhMyGod. can you imagine? cos i dont want to imagine anymore. and i dont want to die in 2 years time. it's too early! i have yet to get my degree, a HANDSOME and RICH HUSBAND!! and most importantly, do the things i wanna do and live life without worries! so, please, EARTH, do not die so soon kay? omg. i sound stupid. :X

and yes, my right eye has been hurting since 2 days ago.. i dont know what's wrong lah. seriously. then make me feel so sleepy.. but the funny thing is when i wear contacts, it doesnt really hurt. but only when i take out then hurt luhs. weird right. =.= hope this weird feeling will go away soon. i really hope so.

KBOX TIME = time to HIGH and have FUN and do CRAZY things.. :)

well, i had so much fun with amanda, pris, jiaqi and sera!! we met up at amk hub before heading down to KPlaza. the one above suki sushi. then we sang from around 2 to 7pm!! 5 hours of KBox-ing. totally amazing. yes, DANCERS LOVE KBOX! :) if you need people to get high during KARAOKE, call up the dancers.i think we are the craziest group that jumps on the sofa, thinking we are having a concert on our own.. fun isn't it? :) and so we sang and scream till we kinda lose our voices.. so if you ever talk to us these days, we might sound a little man. :X but it's okay, cos we had loads of fun at the cost of our voices.. haha. really wanna go KBOX again. and get high again. it's really AWESOME. :D and of course, we ended the session of with all the super HIGH PARTY songs. like I GOTTA FEELING, GUO WANG HUANG HOU etc.. totally loved today's karaoke session with the other 4 dancers. :)

home. photos. dumb. eject disc without burning it first. =.= reselect the photos. send to printing. photo album in the making. finished around 12am. intend to sleep. cant sleep. online chat with darling amand and winston. at 2am. time to ZZZZ.

cant wait to meet up with friends later. :)
